Students engage in many extra-curricular activities which expand their learning experiences. Painting, drawing, making 3-D models with thremacol are a few projects taken up by students. Their works are displayed during events and are well praised by people.
Band
Weekly once, students learn tabla and other musical instruments.
Computers
Along with Vedic studies, students keep in pace with modern technology by learning computers.
Dance
Students learn classical dance and display their talent in the events.
Faith & Service
Students actively participate in the spiritual activities such as homas, yajnas, temple prathistas, kalyanams and other spiritual events.
Gardening
Flower garden and a lotus pond are tended to with all care by the students.
Performance
Students perform skits, dance ballets and enthrall the audiences during Bramhothsavams, Thirunakshathram and other festivities.
Singing
Students not only learn to sing devotional songs and bhajans but also compose them. Yearly, bhajan competitions are conducted where teams sing the bhajans they composed. One can experience joy when students sing bhajans.
Speech
Chanting manthras, guiding audience while doing an acitivity requires confidence. Students are taught to speak in public with confidence and clarity.
Animals care
Natural breed cows are divine. Scriptures dictate that serving such cows will burn away our sins and bless us with prosperity. Every day, a batch of students go to gosala and serve the cows – give them fodder, a bath and clean the gosala.
Yoga
Students start their day with yoga exercises. They do complicated yoga exercises which rejuvenate the body and energize the mind.
Games
Students play various games which develop their problem solving skills, overcoming physical and mental challenges
